There has been some delays, newest update from 22:00 is that they are almost finished fixing the fiber, and they are still working on site

Due to challenging conditions at the fault location, repairs will be delayed until the evening. We expect the repairs to be completed around 21:00 tonight.

The cut has been located, and repairs are starting. Estimated repair time is 4 hours.
