Monitoring

The issue has been mitigated and has been traced to frame loss on one of our Fibre Channel ports in the storage fabric. Performance is returning to normal.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely.

Identified

We’re currently seeing slowness on one of our storage arrays. The root cause has been traced to a faulty fibre cable or port causing intermittent link issues.
Mitigation is already in progress, and performance is stabilising. A permanent fix is being applied and is expected to be completed within the next few minutes.
We’ll post an update once the issue is fully resolved.
