The faulty edge (vce02) has been removed from the pool, and traffic has resumed normal operation. Connectivity has been fully restored.
Impact:
Only NSX Edges in vCloud were affected during the incident. Other services remained operational.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where NSX Edge devices in vCloud are unable to reach the internet. This began following a recent change (CHG0238806).
Impact:
This affects only customers using NSX Edges within vCloud. Other environments and services are operating normally.
We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
