We will be performing planned maintenance to upgrade the following systems:

Cloud Connect environment to version 13.0.1.180

Service Provider Console to version 9.1


Customers using Cloud Connect may experience brief interruptions in backup or restore operations during the maintenance window. No long-term service impact is expected.

After this change, customers must be running supported versions to ensure compatibility:

Veeam Backup & Replication 12.3.2 (3617+) or 13.0.1+

Veeam Agent for Windows 6.3.2+

Veeam Agent for Linux 6.3.2+

Veeam Agent for Mac 2.3.1+
