We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Backup as a Service platform to version 13.0.1.2067.
During this maintenance window, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

Backup jobs (all scheduled and active backups)
Transaction log backups
Archive log backups
Backup reports and notifications

All services will resume automatically once the upgrade is complete. We will provide an update upon completion.
Emergency data restores can be facilitated upon request during the maintenance window.
